There are two main core components of multi frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine: transducer and generator. The main function of the generator is to convert the electrical energy into mechanical energy and match the high-frequency AC signal with the ultrasonic transducer, so as to drive the ultrasonic transducer to emit a certain frequency of vibration. Generally speaking, this frequency is fixed. The common ultrasonic frequencies on the market are 28kHz and 40KHz; 28kHz means 28000 times of vibration per second, and 40KHz is the same. Of course, some manufacturers have developed 68KHz, 80kHz, 100kHz, 120kHz multi frequency ultrasonic cleaning equipment. This kind of high frequency ultrasound, which is more than 40KHz, is widely used in many fields such as medicine, optics, biological life science, polymer, new material science and so on.
