Functional description:
1. Power regulation: The power potentiometer can be adjusted from zero to rated power.
2. Power switch: ON is on and OFF is off.
3. Display window: Display power, ultrasonic frequency.
4. Power supply and protection instructions: green indicator lights up, indicating that the power is on. The machine works well. The indicator lights go out.
The power supply is off. If the indicator flashes, it indicates that the load causes overcurrent, short circuit or power supply.
Abnormal voltage and excessive local temperature in the machine lead to circuit self-protection.
5. Power Wire: Connecting Device between Machine and Electricity. Pay attention to good grounding!
6. Output wiring port: the connection between ultrasonic cleaner and generator. Note that positive and negative polarities are irreversible.
7. High Frequency Head: The connection between the ultrasonic cleaner and the generator is suitable when the connection line is coaxial cable.
8. Synchronization terminal: Synchronization signal connection port of ultrasonic generator, if there are two or more generator bands
Under the same load, the synchronization noise can be effectively solved by using synchronization terminals. And the cleaning effect will be better.
When two generators are used to work synchronously, the internal synchronization switch of one generator (see figure) is dialed to the right.
O position, synchronization signal output at this time; another generator synchronization switch dials to the left I position, at this time.
In order to input synchronous signal, the synchronization function can be realized by connecting the synchronization line well.
9. Remote Control Port: PLC or other CPU can be freely controlled by adding high and low level signals to the port.
The generator is turned on or off.
10. Heat dissipation fan: heat dissipation for main power devices.
